We are expanding our advisory division and need a driven Tax Planning Sales Consultant to match business owners and high net worth individuals with the right Tax Prose planning packages. You'll conduct discovery calls, quantify tax savings opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and close engagements that deliver measurable ROI for clients. Candidates with a background in financial services think wealth management, insurance, or banking will ramp up quickly and excel in our consultative sales environment.
Own the pipeline Respond to inbound inquiries and generate outbound leads for tax planning engagements.
Consult & qualify Uncover each prospects tax pain points, goals, and financial profile through structured discovery calls.
Calculate the value Collaborate with our CPA/EA strategists to estimate projected tax savings and craft tailored plan proposals. The CPA and EAs performing the service have a decade of experience delivering high level professional tax plans that align with IRS standards. Masters level education in Tax. You will be selling for an award winning tax planner and highly qualified team of planners with the utmost integrity.
Drive the close Present recommendations, handle objections, and secure signed agreements and deposits.
Hand off seamlessly Transition new clients to our Tax Strategy team, ensuring expectations, timelines, and required documents are crystal clear.
Track & report Maintain meticulous opportunity notes in HubSpot/Calendly/Our secure portal and hit weekly KPIs for calls, proposals, and booked revenue.
2+years consultative sales in financial services, SaaS, or professional services Series6/7, Life/Health, or insurance license Proven record of beating quotas in a high ticket, relationship driven sales cycle Prior experience selling tax planning, wealth management, or insurance products Working knowledge of basic tax concepts (deductions, entity types, retirement plans)Familiarity with tax software. Exceptional phone/Zoom presence, active listening, and proposal writing skills Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field CRM discipline accuracy and timeliness are nonnegotiable.
Uncapped earnings: Base$55,000$65,000DOE + tiered commission (OTE$120k+)
