Sapphire Companies, LLC is looking for a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant to support our executives and enhance their productivity. In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. Your ability to anticipate the needs of our executives will be key to ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Responsibilities

• Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing appointments.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel arrangements, and itinerary management.
• Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
• Assist in organizing meetings, including logistics, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Act as a liaison between executives and other team members or external contacts.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
