Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst role combines technical and functional expertise to support and optimize HR solutions and reports to the Manager, HR Information Systems. The role will focus on identifying process improvements and maintaining HR systems, primarily SAP SuccessFactors HCM and Workforce Software. This role requires a problem solver with strong critical thinking skills who can interpret business needs and leverage technology to meet those needs effectively. The role will support impactful changes that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries, respond to emails and inquiries within our ticketing system; assist with troubleshooting and identifying system bugs.
  • Test, validate, document, and implement new functionality or improvements to existing functionality.
  • Provide support for Learning Management System (LMS) through distribution/upload of course content, maintain class registration, and keep records of each training course and prepare reports/statistical summaries.
  • Participate in HR technology projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Heartland leaders and the bottler community to develop technical solutions and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain standard reports; create reports on an ad hoc basis.
  • Provide user support to ensure successful adoption of system updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. In addition, a minimum of one year of work experience is required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required.
  • 3+ years of experience with People systems like SuccessFactors or similar core HR systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in collaborative environments
  • Project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working under general supervision and can manage day-to-day tasks with a degree of autonomy.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products.
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines including no major violations within the last three years.

Pay: $67,965 - $80,708 a year
